Iria and Elsie have done it again! These two really know how to throw a fabulous dinner party. This past weekend, they invited 6 BookaLokal guests into their home for a proper winter feast. To start, they served a blood sausage dish with applesauce and crumbly roquefort cheese, then came a lentil dish with ham, celery and parsley, the final appetizer was a stunning redfish flan topped with salmon roe, gray shrimps, lobster sauce and fried leeks.
The main course was a classic, perfectly executed Moules-frites complete with homemade french fries and homemade mayonnaise. And we haven’t even gotten to the dessert yet! For the final dish, the hosts prepared a delicious trio of desserts:Passion fruit bavarois, homemade profitoroles and an incredible chocolate mousse.
If you ever find your self in Brussels, it would be a big mistake not to request a date to dine with Iria and Elsie.
